Ken Bissonette - President
Ken has had over 40 years of experience in construction and has been with Steel Masters since 1985. He has been a managing partner since 2005.
Ken manages all the field personnel. He works directly with customers on any/all aspect of the projects. Ken attends all pre-construction meetings to address all start up, materials, scheduling, and equipment. Ken creates all tilt wall panel layout plans for a safe and productive panel erection process. He is also involved with the Safety and Quality for all projects.

Rudy Limon - HR & Safety Manager
Rudy is in charge of Hiring, Orientations and Training for all employees. He attends meetings to discuss any Safety issues that may arise on each project. He makes job-site visits and conducts Safety Audits and Inspections. He interacts with our customers on-site Safety personnel to make sure that all OSHA and Steel Masters Safety policies are being followed.

David Whitacre - Field Supervisor
David has been with Steel Masters since 2002 and has been in the construction industry for over 35 years.

Tyler Drake – Crane Supervisor
Tyler Drake started at Steel Masters in 2019. Tyler is our Crane Supervisor, who manages all crane operators, as well as, job site oilers. He is responsible for our crane equipment management.

Roger Eddins
Roger has been with Steel Masters since 1991. Roger has over 35 years of steel erection experience, has worked many years as a foreman, and is currently in our Estimating department. Roger became an Estimator/Project Manager in 2015. He has managed the following projects, among others: Katy high school #9 (Satterfield & Pontikes/Myrex); Katy Junior High #16 (Drymalla); Katy Elementary #42 (Drymalla); and Exxon Garage Expansion (Harvey).

Chris Dodson
Chris has been with Steel Masters since 2006. He has over 20 years of experience in construction. He worked 8 years in the field as a crane operator, and has been one of our estimators/project managers for approximately 5 years. He has managed the following recent projects, among others: SJCC Petrochemical building (Tellepsen), Sheldon High School (Durotech), Post Oak Hotel (Tellepsen), TSU Library (Turner/Myrex), and Hays Country Jail & Public Safety Buidling (Turner/Myrex).

Rick has been with Steel Masters since 2008. Rick has been an Estimator/Project Manager with Steel Masters L.P. during his tenure. He has managed the following recent projects, among others: Warehouses for Katoen Natie in Baytown, Hutchins, & Lolita, Texas; Cy Fair HS #12 with Gilbane Construction & Myrex; H.P. Plaza with DE Harvey; Kelsey Seybold Clinics with Gamma.

Mark Melton – Equipment Manager
Mark Melton has been working for Steel Masters since 2015. Mark is responsible for management of all owned and rented equipment, including tracking of equipment location and ensuring projects are adequately supplied with the necessary equipment to carry out the projects. Mark is also responsible for procuring and distributing necessary supplies to each project, as well as, vendor and invoicing management.

Paula McNutt - Accounting
Paula has been with Steel Masters since 1992. Paula is responsible for all aspects of Accounts Receivable, Job Cost, and Vendor payments. She also manages all fleet & equipment titles, registrations, government reporting, and is a licensed Notary. Paula has an Associate Degree from Houston Community College in Business Management & Accounting. She enjoys volunteer work at The Alley Theater and with Diamonds & Dollars of Houston. As a Lifetime Member of The Houston Livestock & Rodeo, Paula serves on the School Art & Lifetime Committees.

Ana Vicente - Payroll & HR Asst.
Ana has been with Steel Masters since 2015. Ana handles all time and payroll for all 325 of Steel Masters’ employees. She assists the HR Manager with any issues that may arise. She maintains all employee personnel files, and helps with making sure the proper paperwork is in order for all. She also handles the certified payroll and OCIP reports.
Tenaysha Stewart – Administrative Assistant
Tenaysha has been with Steel Masters since 2016. She is bilingual in Spanish and English. Tenaysha is our wonderful administrative assistant, who is responsible for answering phones, assisting with payroll, the employment process, and the change order process, and organizing paperwork for the employment process, the job site, and safety.
Allison Bissonette – Controller
Allison has been with Steel Masters since August of 2018. Allison has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University. She is responsible for all Controller duties, A/P Invoice entry, reimbursement processing, and 401K processing.
